Leicester City have confirmed their match ticket pricing structure for the 2026/27 Sky Bet League One season. The club announced the details, which include a simplified category system and lower starting prices, as reported by the official club website LCFC.com this week.
A key change sees the removal of the highest-priced ticket category from last season. For the upcoming campaign, last season's Category B, C and D prices have effectively become the new Category A, B and C respectively. This adjustment means adult tickets will now start from £20 in the lowest category, while junior tickets for Under-12s begin at just £5.
How were the new prices decided?
The match ticket pricing and fixture categorisation were developed through direct consultation with supporters. The club engaged with fans via the Fan Consultative Committee Working Group in April and the Fan Advisory Board in May. This process forms part of the Club’s wider Fan Engagement Framework. Feedback from these discussions was considered alongside internal benchmarking during the club's annual review.
Adult tickets will now start from £20 in the lowest category. The information regarding supporter input was included in the final announcement following specific feedback from the Fan Advisory Board itself.
What are the first home fixtures and categories?
The club has designated four home league fixtures as Category C matches for the 2026/27 season. The first of these is the clash against Plymouth Argyle scheduled for Tuesday 1 September with a 7:45pm kick-off. The season's opening home league game will see Leicester City host Burton Albion on Saturday 22 August at 3pm, which is categorised as a Category A fixture.
Following that, the Foxes welcome Oxford United on Saturday 5 September (3pm KO, Category A) and Wigan Athletic on Saturday 26 September (3pm KO, Category B). The first four home games of the new season will go on sale to Fox Members from 8am on Wednesday 5 August. All fixtures remain subject to change, with broadcast selections for Sky Bet League One games confirmed in line with the EFL’s 2026/27 TV Game Selection Process. Any fixture movements involving Leicester City in the Emirates FA Cup, Carabao Cup or EFL Trophy will be communicated on the Official LCFC App and LCFC.com as soon as they are confirmed.
What benefits do Fox Members receive?
Fox Memberships for the 2026/27 season are now on sale. Adult and International Fox Memberships are priced at £35, while Junior Fox Memberships for supporters aged 0-17 are available for £20. Junior Fox Members can only access ticket benefits from age two. Members receive priority access to home league tickets, a five per cent discount on their own match ticket for a minimum of 15 home league fixtures, and a £5 ticketing voucher to use against a home league ticket purchase.
The full match category for each home league fixture and complete sales arrangements will be communicated on LCFC.com and the Official LCFC App ahead of tickets going on sale. Supporters can also explore Premium Experiences, with prices confirmed for the League One season on a match-by-match basis.
